This program was established to provide rich experience and educational occasions for children, as well as to help them to bring out inquisitive mind and intellectual curiosity and good skills by supporting child-rearing employees in terms of reducing economic burden as much as possible.
Single Parent Support
We assist job gain of single parent employees by offering monthly benefits package regardless of bereavement, estrangement, unmarried, and sex. Two employees are using this support program as of 2022.
Child Scholarship Refund Support
We offer monthly benefits package to employees who have a child paying back scholarship. The scholarships we support are those from Japan Student Services Organization in principle. Four employees are using this support program as of 2022.
Professional Support
We provide monthly benefits package to employees who have a child with determined dream but requires support to become the professional.
There is no limitation on the dream/occupation and age of the child if our employees are currently supporting. One employee is using this support program as of 2022 and the child is now on a mission to become a professional baseball player and trying hard in an independent league.
Short-time Regular Employment
Employees can work on agreed hours of 6 hours if they raise and live together with a pre-school-age child. One employee is using this support program as of 2022.
